Preparing for Holy Communion

This evening children and their families came to the Cathedral to have a final practice to prepare for their First Holy Communion which will take place on Sunday at the 10.30am Mass at the Cathedral. 

There are two ways we can receive communion on the tongue or in the hands.  It is important that we prepare prayerfully and receive communion with reverence. See video below as a reminder for how to receive and things we shouldn't do!
