Uncluttering our lives

How do you unclutter your mind and your life?  What opportunities or space can you create in the busy schedule of life.  Hopefully for those who haven't had to work, the Bank Holiday (origins of the word holiday being Holy Day) will have given a welcome break from the busy routine.  Today, news from Sr Katharine at St Thomas More's who writes about how she takes time out each year to spend in prayer and reflection.  She writes:
Last week I was blessed with some days of Retreat at St Beuno's in North Wales. The first couple of days I used to unclutter my mind of everyday concerns as I enjoyed the beauty, peace and silence of the place. Having made space for God I was guided to look at passages from scripture;  'Seek the Lord where he may be found, call upon him while he is near' Isaiah 55:1-11.
For those looking for some special time with Lord a Retreat is a great way finding this website www.beunos.com Sister Katharine osu
