They have been preparing for this sacrament which is currently the third sacrament of initiation and will be the time when they say Amen to the baptismal promises made on their behalf at baptism.
This year there will be five adults including some from Brazil getting confirmed. The Lancaster Cathedral Young People facebook page has been featuring videos about Pentecost and information about some of the saints that people are choosing as their confirmation name.
Please pray for all our confirmandi as they prepare to receive anew the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit.
