At the end of Midnight Mass Fr Steve thanked all those who had helped to prepare the Church for the Christmas season (cleaning, decorating, the flowers) and all those who had served during the liturgy and including the choir, readers and servers. He wished everyone a Happy and Holy Christmas.
During the Christmas Octave the 12.15 Mass will be celebrated in the Cathedral. Why not take some time this Christmas to visit the Crib and spend some moments with the Lord who is always their in the Tabernacle. As the Bishop reminded us that we are loved and that Jesus came to bring light and hope to our world which can at times seem dark.
