Lent 1 - Jesus is tempted and the Light is on for YOU

 

This week as we continue our Lenten plans it is helpful to remember that Jesus was tempted like we are.  At the start of his ministry Jesus spent 40 days in the desert to pray and  listen to what God was calling him to do.  This video offers a reflection on that experience and reminds us we are not alone.  Music: "How he loves" by John Mark McMillan and  pictures "40" by Si Smith.

Bishop Michael Campbell's Lenten Letter also highlighted Jesus' temptation and announced news of Reconciliation Wednesday where the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available throughout he diocese, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm
