St Angela's new home

Presented at Sr Zela's Golden Jubilee

Last Sunday at the end of Mass the children at St Thomas More's  were invited to gather round the picture they had made for St Zela's Golden Jubilee. After an introduction by one of the children's liturgists, some prayers and a blessing of the image by Fr Stewart, the children processed across the church to the far end where the picture was solemnly hung.the final hymn of the Mass was then sung.

Proudly and carefully carrying the image with a bit of help from one of the parents.

The procession followed the Cross carried by one of the altar servers.
