The Friday of the first week of Lent is traditionally Family Fast Day. Last week the children at children's liturgy received prayer cards and stickers and heard about a little girl called Zin Thu Thu who, together with her family, has been supported by CAFOD which is the official Catholic overseas aid agency. This weekend there will be further information about CAFOD and opportunity to give what you saved on Family Fast Day. Some people decide to save something from all the Friday's in Lent, so there is still plenty of time.
