Holy Week services
The week ahead we travel with Jesus through the highs of Palm Sunday when the people cried out Hosanna, through to the Last Supper when Jesus gave his example and call to all to serve one another, his great sacrifice on Good Friday through to the joy of the resurrection. Although it takes place over 3 days, the Triduum (Mass of the Lord's Supper, Good Friday service and Easter vigil) is one liturgy, more about this during the week. The adverts were made by one of our confirmation groups encouraging us to come to church, to take time to think and a reminder of the symbols of the cross and candle which reminds us that Jesus is the light of the world.
